Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta Ads and Google Ads for both app and web campaigns. Drive profitable growth through deep analysis of CAC, ROAS, contribution margins, and cohort performance. Build and maintain performance dashboards, forecasts, and budget allocation models. Leverage LLMs and vibe coding to automate reporting and anomaly detection. Rapidly analyze search terms, keywords, and creative performance using data-driven methods. Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, and Finance teams to align ad spends with margins and business outcomes. Manage and lead a team of performance marketing specialists to consistently raise the bar on execution and results. Explore DSP and programmatic channels as an additional growth lever.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce, D2C, or marketplace businesses
- Extremely strong math and analytical skills with a numbers-first mindset
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale
- Proven ability to increase spend while maintaining or improving efficiency
- Experience working with MMPs such as Appsflyer or Branch
- High comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or Python is a plus
- Clear, structured thinker who can explain complex numbers to non-analytical teams
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
- Leadership/management experience with a team of marketing specialists
