Job Summary
Build and optimize paid media campaigns directly in Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms while managing the performance marketing agency relationship. Own the demand generation budget, executing channel allocations, reallocations, and quarterly planning based on CPA benchmarks and pipeline projections. Lead the test-and-learn roadmap by deciding which experiments to scale or kill, and present data-backed business cases for incremental investment using LTV:CAC models. Set UTM governance standards, oversee conversion tracking infrastructure, and direct automated nurture workflows to ensure attribution integrity. Synthesize monthly performance narratives from GA4, Salesforce, and Looker into decision-ready insights for leadership, while serving as the primary point of contact for sales leadership on lead quality and pipeline impact. Monitor platform billing and reconcile agency costs to maintain account health. Report to the Head of Growth Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps and sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- In-platform execution fluency: genuine hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns directly within Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, not solely experience directing an agency
- 4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- At least 3 years personally building and managing paid media campaigns in-platform across multiple channels simultaneously, not solely through an agency intermediary
- Demonstrated results: measurable impact on pipeline through paid media with specific examples of CAC improvement, conversion rate gains
- Ability to walk through a budget reallocation decision they made and the outcome
- Platform depth: direct, hands-on campaign management experience in at least two of the following: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Analytical mindset: comfortable building LTV:CAC models, constructing incremental budget cases, and presenting performance narratives to senior leadership without a data analyst doing the heavy lifting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief agencies, align with sales leadership, and present channel performance and budget recommendations to the Head of Growth Marketing and executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with RevOps, sales, brand, and data teams in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to be in the office at least 2 days per week (Boston, MA)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field preferred
- MBA a plus but not required
