Job Summary
Performance Marketing Manager responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling user acquisition campaigns to acquire paying subscribers for subscription-based digital products, including credit card subscriptions and Apple/Google Play billing. Manages campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, DSPs and affiliate channels. Optimizes for paid subscriptions, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and retention quality. Drives subscription and billing optimization, improving conversion funnels and payment success rates in collaboration with product and technical teams. Analyzes subscription drop-offs and optimizes onboarding and checkout flows. Builds analytics and performance reports (CAC, CPI, conversion rates, ROAS, subscription retention, cohort performance). Leads creative and growth optimization through A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and app store assets, coordinating with design/content teams for high-performing ad creatives. Manages media buying agencies and external partners, ensuring proper tracking implementation and campaign governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mass communication or any other related field
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing
- Strong experience managing mobile app acquisition campaigns
- Proven experience acquiring paying customers for subscription-based services
- Experience with Apple Store subscriptions
- Experience with Google Play subscriptions
- Credit card acquisition funnels
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta and Google campaign optimization
- Experience in entertainment, OTT, gaming, fintech, or subscription apps is highly preferred
