Job Summary
Manage Google and Microsoft Ads accounts by creating campaigns, optimizing bids and feeds, and developing test-and-learn roadmaps to hit targeted KPIs. Collaborate with the SEO/GEO agency to improve search rankings and share of voice in AI platforms while pushing website boundaries through conversion rate optimization. Build and automate performance reports using Google Sheets, Looker, and Claude to provide insights for senior management. This target-based role requires weekly KPI management and proactive plan development to drive commercial performance across subscription and gifting in the UK and Germany.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience in PPC, specifically hands on experience of campaign creation and management in Google Ads in-house/agency role
- experience with Google Ads editor & Shopping Campaigns/Feeds
- very strong analytical background
- comfortable with complex datasets
- advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, or GA4)
- started to explore how to automate analysis and workflows
- starting to incorporate this into daily/weekly tasks
- comfortable managing performance to hit targets
- pro-actively developing plans/ taking action where there are variances to forecasts
Desired Qualifications
