Job Summary
Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns across paid search, social, and display channels to achieve lead generation and revenue objectives. Track metrics such as leads, conversions, CPA, and ROI while optimizing funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives to improve conversion rates. Coordinate with internal teams to align performance goals with business objectives, prepare performance reports for decision-making, and continuously test and scale high-performing campaigns. This role requires 1 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing and strong analytical skills for data-backed decisions in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles
- Graduate or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of metrics, attribution, and optimization strategies
- Experience with ad platforms, analytics tools, and conversion tracking
- Ability to make data-backed decisions and improve campaign efficiency
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-focused environment
