Job Summary
Performance Marketing Coordinator responsible for hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, and optimization across SEM, Display, Native, and Programmatic channels. Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns; set up campaigns, ad groups, targeting, budgets, and tracking in Google Ads and native networks; monitor pacing and performance daily. Drive optimization to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions; execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages; track performance and report in internal dashboards; analyze results and flag opportunities to senior team members. Collaborate with creative and content teams to test new ad assets and support senior team members in executing campaign plans.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or programmatic networks
- Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
- Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns based on results
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with native platforms such as Taboola or Outbrain is a plus
- Exposure to direct-response or high-volume acquisition environments is a plus
