Job Summary
Performance Marketing Consultant for Herbal Goodness responsible for auditing, optimizing, and scaling Meta and Google Ads accounts using AI-powered tools to improve ROAS, lower CPA, and drive revenue growth. Key duties include conducting comprehensive audits of Meta and Google campaigns, building scalable audiences, implementing advanced retargeting strategies, launching and managing A/B tests, improving keyword coverage, optimizing campaign structures, and delivering weekly insights and action plans. Must demonstrate measurable improvements within the first 3–4 weeks, with strong emphasis on analytical rigor, AI-driven workflow, clear executive reporting, and collaboration with the client to translate performance into revenue impact. Required expertise includes Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display), retargeting, attribution, conversion tracking, and experience using AI tools such as Claude AI and ChatGPT to analyze data, generate recommendations, and optimize campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for e-commerce brands
- Proven success scaling revenue through paid media
- Strong understanding of Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta Ads, Retargeting, Attribution, Conversion Tracking
- Significant experience using AI to analyze, optimize, and scale advertising accounts
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience managing advertising budgets of $10,000+ per month
- Ability to identify and execute growth opportunities quickly
- Ability to explain account performance clearly to business owners and leadership teams
