Job Summary
Performance Marketing Associate to build and launch paid campaigns across search, social, and emerging channels; monitor performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creative; collaborate with internal creative team to brief and execute performance-driven ad content; help manage and grow creator/influencer program; pull weekly performance reports and translate data into actionable insights; require 3-5 years in performance marketing and 2-3 years managing paid channels; strong analytics with Google Analytics and Excel; remote within the United States with EST hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing at least one paid channel - Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads or similar
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable in platforms like Google Analytics and Excel
- Highly organized and comfortable operating multiple priorities in a remote environment
