Job Summary
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for real estate projects across paid search, display, and social media channels. Create and manage digital campaigns to drive lead generation, website traffic, and conversions while monitoring performance to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and assets, utilizing data-driven insights to adjust strategies and manage budgets for target ROAS. Prepare regular performance reports for senior management and stay current with industry trends. Fluency in Telugu is required for this role in Dubai.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing within the real estate industry
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing materials
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behaviors
- Result-driven and goal-oriented attitude
