Job Summary
Develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives across Southeast Asian markets. Oversee campaign activation and optimisation across Search, Social, Video, Programmatic & OOH channels while guiding specialists on structure, segmentation, and bidding. Lead weekly, monthly, and campaign reporting to analyse performance trends and translate data into actionable business insights for clients. Serve as the day-to-day client lead for regional stakeholders, managing expectations and supporting annual planning and budget discussions. Coordinate with local agency teams to establish best practices and ensure campaign implementation aligns with regional strategy and global guidelines. Mentor executives and specialists within the team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of paid media experience within an agency environment
- Experience managing multi-market or regional accounts
- Experience managing both brand and performance objectives
- Proven track record delivering commercial results for retail, ecommerce, luxury or lifestyle brands
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and reporting platforms
- Experience working with analytics and attribution tools such as: GA4
- Experience working with analytics and attribution tools such as: Looker Studio
- Experience working with analytics and attribution tools such as: Campaign Manager 360
- Experience working with analytics and attribution tools such as: Accutics
- Experience working within a hub-and-spoke operating model
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian consumer and media landscapes
- Experience managing campaigns with both ecommerce and store traffic objectives
- Understanding of incrementality, attribution and measurement frameworks
