Job Summary
Bridge between Creative Strategy and Growth Strategy, acting as the performance intelligence authority within Creative Strategy. Responsible for coaching Senior Creative Strategists, leading department-wide training on growth strategy and performance, surfacing macro insights from the 9-figure data warehouse, and translating data into actionable strategy across offers, distribution, and growth. Achieves outcomes through constraint-based thinking, fluency in testing, attribution, and funnels, and by building strategic capability across the team. Plays a pivotal role in driving the department from executional throughput toward a strategic spine of client relationships, with time split between coaching (60%), live strategic work (growth/performance/creative), and macro reporting (15%), plus a portion for cross-department collaboration and training.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a strategic role in performance creative, growth strategy, media buying, or paid social
- Deep performance fluency in testing structures, scaling logic, attribution, funnels, CRO
- Strong understanding of creative strategy in a growth ecosystem
- Coaching mindset with experience training or managing strategists
- Constraint-based thinking to identify root causes of performance bottlenecks
- Continuous research and data-minded approach to identify market trends
- Outcome-oriented approach with measurable results
- Direct, honest feedback delivery and high accountability
- AI-literate and tech-enabled with experience using AI tools in workflow
