Job Summary
Performance Improvement Specialist provides administrative support to the Quality Improvement/Performance Improvement department, assists clinical and quality improvement teams with data collection and data entry to ensure policy compliance, and utilizes Excel, Word, Power Point, and the EMR system. The role requires strong multitasking, organizational, customer service, data analytics, and critical thinking skills, and involves duties including data collection, data entry, and various office tasks within the QI/PI department at TCBH/OPCC in Tulsa. The position operates standard hours (8:00am–5:00pm) and may require travel; candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and be able to pass an OSBI background check. This is a full-time, non-exempt role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- two years of technical clerical, secretarial, or general office work (for Level III) OR one year (for Level II) OR four years (for Level I)
- valid driver’s license
- ability to pass OSBI background check
- willingness to fulfill job-related travel
