Job Summary
Lead high-impact strategic initiatives with Vizient members and cross-functional teams to improve quality, safety, operations, and performance. Partner with executive leaders, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to drive project execution and facilitate meetings with senior leaders. Conduct research, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Develop executive-level presentations, reports, white papers, and other deliverables to support strategic decision-making. Contribute to the design and advancement of innovative performance improvement programs, products, and member resources. Participate in executive leadership meetings to gain firsthand exposure to enterprise strategy. This full-time, one-year fellowship begins in June 2027 and includes opportunities to work alongside healthcare executives from over 200 leading academic medical centers and national health systems.
Required Qualifications
- MHA, MPH, or Master's degree in a related field is preferred
- No previous work experience is required
- Previous internships in a healthcare setting are strongly preferred
- Strong quantitative and project management skills
- Familiarity with performance improvement methodology
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Project management capabilities
- Willingness to travel
Desired Qualifications
