Job Summary
Greet and assist members while handling retail sales, point of sale transactions, and food and beverage inventory. Manage facility reservations, promote golf instruction and racquet programming, and assist members with Trackman and simulator technology. Maintain a clean, organized environment by ensuring attractive retail displays and stocking grab-and-go items. Provide light administrative support for the Director of Racquet Sports, Director of Player Development, and TNG Cares. Assist with golf, tennis, and pickleball programming and special events. Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Service-oriented with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Friendly, energetic personality that enjoys building relationships
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to learn new technology (Trackman, reservation systems, POS)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across retail, service, and administrative duties
- Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Must hold or be able to obtain a TABC Servers Permit
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
