Job Summary
Design Aleph's first global performance framework from scratch, defining principles, calibration logic, and the link between performance elements and rewards. Produce sharp manager guidance, FAQs, and leadership-ready decks to align the Culture & Performance Lead, Total Rewards, and HRBPs on approach and messaging. Build analytics that ensure fairness and consistency across 130+ markets while equipping HRBPs to support regional adoption. Drive the behavioral lens into practice, translating motivation and fairness into repeatable cycles that shape how the entire company grows and is rewarded.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of relevant HR / people experience and interactions with senior internal stakeholders
- Owned a performance review cycle end to end design, rollout, calibration and the stakeholder conversations that make it land
- Practitioner instincts in performance management
- Real feel for the behavioral side of performance - motivation, fairness, and how people and managers change
- Strong analytics instincts: comfortable building calibration working with compensation teams on merit distribution
- Ability to turn performance data into clear, defensible narratives for leadership
- Excellent decks and writing skills to make complex things clear and leadership-ready
- Assertiveness and diplomacy in equal measure
- Ability to hold one's own with senior stakeholders and land decisions without creating friction
- Ability to turn ambiguity into structure and move fast under pressure without losing rigor or political sensitivity
