Job Summary
Teach mental skills, resilience, and performance enhancement to military members and families at Army installations; deliver group and individual sessions, develop tailored educational programs, and support research and program evaluation; requires Master’s-level training in performance psychology and U.S. citizenship; position involves travel to field exercises and interactions with DoD personnel and families.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Sport Psychology or Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology
- Must be a U.S. citizen (required)
- Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DOD personnel
- Ability to travel as needed and adhere to travel policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate general office equipment
