Job Summary
Conduct time studies and methods analyses to determine engineered labor standards and maximize facility utilization. Perform site audits to ensure compliance with system requirements and evaluate opportunities for improvement in productivity, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. Implement Labor Management and engineered labor standards across Consumer sites while training site management and supervisors on LMS usage. Identify potential projects, assess feasibility, and facilitate monthly project reviews with operations teams. Create and distribute weekly and monthly project documentation using databases, spreadsheets, and related information tools. Travel 50%-75% throughout the year depending on projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in operations, logistics, distribution, or transportation
- 1+ year of time study, industrial engineering, operational analysis, or relevant experience desired
