Job Summary
Lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and goals, owning strategic planning, execution, and oversight. Drive process transformation, develop business cases, and manage risk across multiple workstreams with governance and performance tracking. Serve as the SME for performance enablement resources, providing analysis, executive updates, and feedback to Performance Managers and Performance Executives. Collaborate with marketing, product, The Academy, FC channel, Consumer Investments, Business Banking, and Consumer lending leaders to develop and deploy enablement resources, proficiency coaching, and strategic plans to achieve national objectives. Oversee proficiency coaches, drive ROI assessments, and ensure integration of initiatives across product, channel, and operations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence senior leaders, manage change, and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years leading, coaching, and managing high performing teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to drive integration across multiple lines of business
- Experience in building and executing effective client centric strategies
- Virtual leadership experience
- Experience partnering, collaborating and influencing Senior, market and region level leaders
- Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast-paced environment
