Performance Development Manager - Automotive F&I

Job Summary
Determine account needs and articulate them to Business Development Managers and the Director of Dealer Performance. Create 90-day development plans for assigned regions and model the GSFS Group Sales and F&I Process in the retail environment to improve dealership performance. Train and manage specific F&I Menus and Performance Reporting platforms while developing both seasoned and inexperienced F&I managers. Establish and maintain performance standards with dealership personnel and Area Management teams, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical automotive standards. Requires 4-6 years of retail automotive F&I experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 70% domestic travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Req
- 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- 4-6 years of retail automotive F&I experience
- Experience with multiple Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Sales or travel Industry experience
- Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as general computer skills
- Extensive knowledge of retail automobile dealership operation
- Proven retail sales experience in the automotive industry
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
- Must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time
