Performance, Data, and Technology Manager

Performance, Data, and Technology Manager responsible for managing contract performance of self-delivered and subcontracted service desks, driving data-driven oversight of FM services for a public sector client, and acting as the liaison between GPA, Planon systems, and JLL BI teams. Key duties include onboarding/mobilisation of GPA suppliers, monitoring performance outputs, producing monthly reports, providing insights on KPIs and supplier barriers, and facilitating continuous service improvement through data analytics, CAFM/Planon integration, and cross-functional collaboration with data/tech teams. Requires strong numeric/analytical skills, IT analytics proficiency, FM service delivery experience, excellent communication, and ability to obtain SC security clearance.
