Performance & Customer partnership Manager

Job Summary
In this role, you will build and strengthen long-term customer partnerships, ensure customers achieve performance outcomes across projects and lifecycle, analyze performance data and feedback to drive improvements, collaborate with sales/service/product/support to deliver high-quality experiences, act as a trusted advisor to support operational success and future opportunities, contribute to service process improvements, identify expansion opportunities for commercial teams, and promote safety, compliance, and operational excellence across activities. You should leverage data to solve problems, communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders, work cross-functionally in a global environment, and bring leadership, coaching, or mentoring capabilities alongside industrial/B2B or digital/connected service familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, service delivery, account management, or similar
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical improvements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional and, ideally, global environments
- Professional proficiency in English
