Job Summary
Performance Creative Strategist to lead Meta Ads creative direction for a Japan anime jewelry brand? No—Role oversees developing creative angles, hooks, scripts, concepts, and ad briefs for Meta campaigns, turning performance insights into testing ideas, building and improving a creative testing pipeline, reviewing creative performance for patterns and opportunities, collaborating with editors, creators, UGC talent, and media buyers, shaping video pacing, visual hooks, messaging, and brand voice across paid ads, and contributing ideas for testing new formats and creator styles. Requires 5-7 years in paid social creative, strong Meta Ads experience for DTC/e-commerce, ability to identify strong hooks and scaling opportunities, good storytelling and conversion-focused content, data-driven decision-making, and remote collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in paid social creative, with strong hands-on experience specifically in Meta Ads
- Experience working on paid social creative for DTC or e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of Meta ad creative, direct-response marketing, and short-form video content
- Ability to identify strong hooks, winning angles, weak creatives, and scaling opportunities
- Good taste in creative, pacing, structure, and visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and conversion-focused content
- Comfortable analyzing creative performance data and turning it into better creative decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
- Reliable, self-managed, and organized
- Available at least 5 days per week
