Performance Creative Strategist

Job Summary
Own performance across Meta and other paid social channels by monitoring results, identifying efficiency opportunities, and scaling returns. Conduct regular creative audits using metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS to evaluate performance and determine winning drivers. Develop testing roadmaps and hypotheses for new hooks, formats, and messaging, then create clear briefs to partner with internal creative, influencers, and external agencies. Systematize the full performance cycle from data to optimization to scale, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Drive customer acquisition and profitable growth by bridging media buying and direct response creative.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, creative strategy, or related fields
- Track record of scaling customer acquisition in a DTC or consumer brand environment
- Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly Meta
- Experience developing creative testing frameworks and ongoing optimization programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including fluency in creative and media performance metrics with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience partnering with creators and creative teams including content creators, designers, copywriters, agencies, and internal brand partners
- High-growth consumer brand experience in digitally native, founder-led, or founder-influenced businesses
- Subscription, e-commerce, or performance-driven business experience with repeat-purchase economics
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopify, Amazon, and attribution tools
- Experience managing creative testing at scale across multiple messages, formats, creators, and audience segments
