Job Summary
Performance Copywriter to drive high-converting ads and landing pages across Google Ads RSA, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels. Responsibilities include writing high-intent headlines and descriptions, designing narrative flow for landing pages, CRO testing (A/B testing headlines, CTAs, and hooks), scripting for short- and long-form video ads, and collaborating with Ads managers and designers to ensure alignment between creative and targeting. Requires 3–5 years of experience in a performance marketing setting, native English proficiency, deep US market knowledge, data fluency, and a conversion-first mindset. Remote-first culture with daily CET overlap.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or fast-growing B2B/agency environments
- Native English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of the US market
- Portfolio of wins demonstrating campaign performance and copywriting impact
- Conversion-first mindset with ability to craft copy that drives sign-ups and conversions
- Familiarity with Google Ads (RSA), landing pages, and basic SEO principles
- Proficiency with data analysis and ability to optimize copy using performance metrics
- Experience writing multi-channel ad copy including video scripts
- Ability to collaborate with Ads managers and designers to align creative with targeting
- Willingness to work remotely with overlap of CET timezone
- Strong communication skills and ability to own projects
