Conduct research, benchmarking, and audits to ensure the reasonableness and accuracy of information while developing leading-edge approaches for supply chain excellence. Interpret accounting rules, fiscal compliance policies, and regulations to implement financial reporting programs for complex activities. Aggressively monitor industry trends to anticipate future needs and recommend options for increasing financial margins while minimizing legal risks. Manage projects for assigned department or clinical areas, providing leadership in multidisciplinary teams and mentoring staff on decision-making. Apply structured problem-solving methods to advance opportunities from initial assessment through measurable results. This role partners with the Indirects Contracting team on SCM, Category Management, and Captis initiatives. Candidates must be located within 100 miles of a Mayo Clinic campus for occasional on-site expectations.
