Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction for all Performance classes including REGYMEN, HYROX, Craft Boxing, and PEAK while ensuring safe and inclusive member experiences. Prepare for each session by reviewing workout plans and scripting, then set up equipment and maintain studio cleanliness. Administer subbing requests, fulfill procedures, and log hours in Time and Attendance while staying updated on communications from department heads and attending coach meetings. Complete required Learning Zone modules and promote internal programs to encourage member engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant fitness certification
- Previous experience in Health and Fitness industry
- Current canfitpro Certification or equivalent
