Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction for Performance classes including HYROX, REGYMEN, and Craft Boxing while ensuring safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experiences for members. Review workout plans and scripting prior to class, set up equipment, and maintain studio cleanliness. Promote own and other programs to encourage member engagement, follow all class operating procedures, and complete subbing requests and time-attendance logging. Stay updated on communications from leadership and attend coach meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant fitness certification
- Previous experience in Health and Fitness industry
- Current canfitpro Certification or equivalent
