Job Summary
Performance Coach role based in Brain Balance of Wexford. You will work with kids aged 4-18 facing social, emotional, academic and behavioral challenges, guiding and assisting them through sensory and motor activities designed to stimulate the brain. The position is center-based with sessions Mon/Wed/Fri 3:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., travel not required, and offers pathways for professional development and growth toward full-time opportunities. Requires empathy, compassion, enthusiasm, patience, reliability, strong communication, and a genuine desire to help children and families; a high school diploma is required; eligibility to work in the United States; background and child-abuse clearances are required; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred. Sign-on bonus and competitive pay provide additional incentives.
