Job Summary
Performance Coach to develop and coach inside sales teams and partner with Operations Leadership to drive daily coaching, high-quality sales, and best-in-class customer experience. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group coaching on premium customer service and consultative selling; training agents on upselling, cross-selling, and value-based selling with product knowledge and customer-centric storytelling; analyzing call monitoring data and KPIs (customer satisfaction, NPS, conversion rates, handle times) to create SMART coaching plans; taking ownership of supervisor-escalated calls; modeling empathy and professionalism; and providing strategic recommendations on personnel decisions. Minimum requirements: High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of sales or customer service experience; ability to work evenings and weekends. Preferred: ability to read technical materials, write business correspondence, intermediate math, familiarity with call center software, and MS Office proficiency. Onsite in Florida with in-office presence four days per week; remote work options may vary by role. Equal Opportunity Employer.
