Job Summary
Performance Camp Counselors assist campers with rehearsals, performances, and skill development in a rockport-based summer performing arts program. Responsibilities include supporting daily camp activities and performance-based programming, helping with rehearsals, costumes and props, and fostering a safe, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, confidence, and creativity. Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Experience in theater, dance, music, or related performing arts preferred
- Must be available Monday through Friday
- Reliable transportation required
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for working with children and creating a memorable camp experience
