Performance and Strategy Analyst

Performance and Strategy Analyst at ASX. You’ll support portfolio planning and performance oversight across multiple domains, turning strategy and investment decisions into prioritised objectives, and developing decision-ready materials for senior leadership. You’ll facilitate annual and quarterly planning cycles, deliver insights on progress against objectives and metrics, support enterprise governance rhythms, drive collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups, and turn complex delivery information into clear, outcome-focused narratives for executives. The role requires strong analytical ability, experience with Agile delivery frameworks and governance standards, proficiency with planning and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Copilot), and excellent stakeholder coordination to influence outcomes in a dynamic environment. A tertiary qualification in business, strategy, governance, technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) is expected, with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
