Performance and Remuneration Governance Lead

Job Summary
Develop and enhance governance frameworks supporting FAR, APRA CPS 511, remuneration, and performance management obligations. Lead people-related FAR governance, including accountability statements, maps, prescribed responsibilities, and regulatory notifications. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and senior leaders to support audits, reviews, and Board reporting. Deliver CPS 511 requirements, including consequence management processes, while leading the performance approach through framework reviews, KPI setting, calibration, and Workday cycle governance. Report to the Head of People Experience and liaise with the Office of the Financial Accountability Regime on people-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in governance, risk, compliance, HR governance or remuneration governance within a regulated financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of FAR, APRA CPS 511 and accountability frameworks
- Experience establishing or uplifting governance frameworks and regulatory operating models
- Experience leading enterprise performance review processes and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills
