Job Summary
Monitor quality across logistics service supply chains, including internal operations and third-party providers, while implementing and tracking KPI reporting and control tools. Calculate and issue penalties for SLA non-compliance, then share results with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement plans. Coordinate quality control processes for products and services, manage cost control and inventory assessment, and implement changes to enhance operational effectiveness. Apply statistical methods and data analysis to study prevention models and support customer experience improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in managing quality control processes for products and/or services
- Extensive knowledge of economic/performance control procedures, quality measurement and relevant standards
- Strong mathematical skills and working knowledge of statistical methods, reporting and data analysis
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the electronics logistics industry
- Experience with AI tools
