Job Summary
Lead the design, project management, and rollout of Global Performance Management and Promotion frameworks; act as liaison between global and regional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, governance, and user experience standards. Manage the collection and analysis of Talent Management content across regions, apply global vs. regional governance principles, coordinate with regional teams to gather data and facilitate alignment sessions, provide updates to regional stakeholders, and drive adoption strategies to minimize disruption during transformation. Collaborate with external partners and internal teams on integration with Global SuccessFactors, ensuring technical readiness at launch. Requires strong communication, stakeholder facilitation, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed, multicultural environment. Hybrid work model; travel 0-20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field is required
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, with exposure to global or multi-regional environments required
- Strong background in project management, process improvement, stakeholder facilitation, and coordination
- Familiarity with content governance principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across matrixed, multicultural organizations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines
- Software Systems / Programming Languages: Visio, Excel and PowerPoint; SuccessFactors familiarity preferred
