Job Summary
Performance and Integration Engineer role leading cross-functional initiatives for CTL, SSL, and CUL machine and Work Tool system performance and integration. Responsibilities include defining and executing multi-generational product plans, productionizing and supporting best-in-class performance, collaborating with Product Engineering, Commercial, Engineering Systems, and Software teams, coordinating with manufacturing locations for in-process validation, in-application tuning of machine systems, delivering data-driven recommendations, and driving continuous improvement of tools and engineering practices. Requires hands-on experience tuning machine/vehicle systems, system-level ownership of requirements and performance, and a bachelor’s-level engineering-related degree. Domestic relocation is available; visa sponsorship is not. Traveling up to ~20% and onsite presence five days per week are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science or equivalent industry experience
