Job Summary
Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies while conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor regulatory compliance. Identify and assess areas of compliance risk, then develop strategies to mitigate these risks and oversee the implementation of corrective actions for non-compliance incidents. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, analyzing data to identify trends and success areas. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, communicating changes to departments and designing training programs to educate staff on new policies. Assist in developing organizational policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication and enforcement throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or performance management role
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and standards
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA))
