Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for annual fund board presentations across ~170 products, including planning, data validation, content collection, version control, editorial review, quality checks, and final signoffs. Drive execution in PowerPoint, Excel, and content-management systems; oversee governance, timelines, risk escalation, and milestone tracking across reporting cycles. Maintain audit-ready documentation, update workflows, and drive continuous improvement of board reporting processes. Manage and update all report-related brand elements (URLs, logos, QR codes, and other assets) to align with enterprise standards. Participate in oversight forums (e.g., Board Prep meetings) to ensure alignment on agenda changes and legal updates. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, and effective communication with senior stakeholders. Visa sponsorship is not part of the role, and the team operates in a hybrid in-office/remote setup with in-person collaboration required at least four days per week in Boston.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, finance, data management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, reporting, or similar operational roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with brand standards
- Experience with content-management platforms, shareholder-reporting systems, or compliance-workflow tools (preferred)
