Job Summary
Build new Shopify stores from scratch using predefined templates, SOPs, and checklists, setting up structure, pages, navigation, policies, and settings exactly according to internal guidelines. Ensure every store is 100% compliant with Google Merchant Center policies and approval-ready with zero missing requirements. Perform thorough quality checks before handing stores over internally, delivering 5–7 stores per week with consistent accuracy. Apply extreme precision to notice small mistakes others miss, maintaining fast execution without sacrificing detail. This role supports BJ-Ecom B.V.'s aggressive scaling toward 2026 across Europe and North America with a fully remote team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience setting up Shopify stores from scratch
- Strong understanding of Shopify backend: settings, pages, policies, navigation, and structure
- Experience working with Google Merchant Center requirements and compliance
- Extremely detail-oriented and precise
- Perfectionistic by nature — you notice small mistakes others miss
- Able to follow instructions, templates, and checklists without deviation
- Fast execution without sacrificing accuracy
- Ability to consistently deliver error-free work at scale
