Perfect POS Project Manager

Define and develop in-store standards for primary and secondary shelf placement aligned with category and brand strategy. Lead end-to-end delivery of displays while maintaining project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status. Track Perfect Store KPIs to identify distribution opportunities, executing analysis, action plans, and activities. Support fast-track priorities by analyzing data, calculating metrics, preparing revisions, and monitoring results with Category Planning. Manage all activities within agreed budgets. This role focuses on deploying the "Perfect POS" initiative to grow top-line sales and bottom-line margin while delivering best-in-class display solutions.
