Perception/Computer Vision Engineer
On-siteAtlanta, Georgia, United States
Job Summary
Design and deploy real-time detect, classify, and track software platforms for counter-UAS systems, integrating computer vision pipelines onto edge hardware like NVIDIA Jetson. Optimize advanced algorithms for object detection, classification, tracking, and target re-identification while aligning camera outputs with ADSB, radar, and RF inputs. Tailor the perception stack to overcome environmental noise, clutter, rain, and low-contrast targets, managing full lifecycle ownership from design through live field trials. Maintain feedback loops from implementation to evaluation to ensure reliable operation in resource-constrained, high-trust environments. Work directly with camera data pipelines to build robust, scalable functionality for mission-critical defense and security applications.
