Job Summary
PERC ESD EDA Engineer responsible for developing PERC ESD rule decks aligned with the ESD DRM and reliability requirements, creating and maintaining ESD/LU rule methodologies, collaborating with design, reliability, CAD teams and external EDA vendors, building and executing test cases for rule debugging and signoff, defining QA requirements and driving automation to improve robustness and efficiency, and leading innovation to enhance ESD/LU verification automation across teams; requires a Master's degree or PhD in a STEM field and 1+ years of relevant experience in physical design verification and scripting, with strong knowledge of ESD/LU models and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other relevant STEM degree
- 1+ years of relevant industry experience in physical design verification (reliability, device physics, process technology, and design rules, extraction or related domains)
- 1+ years' experience with ESD PERC rule decks/runset development and debugging (or equivalent reliability/DRC tools)
- 1+ years' experience in scripting (e.g., Python, Tcl, Perl, or similar) for QA and flow automation
