Job Summary
Per Diem Visit Nurse - RN responsible for managing client intake assessments and generating care plans per physician orders, building relationships to ensure adherence to treatment plans and client safety, following up and documenting clinical concerns with HIPAA compliance, and performing all other duties as assigned. Travel is required; candidate must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle. Must be an RN licensed in Michigan with a minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, including pediatric and adult care.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in Michigan (current, unencumbered)
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Michigan Board of Nursing
- Travel required with valid driver’s license and operative vehicle
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Two years nursing experience with compromised pediatric and adults
- Experience in clinical, teaching, management and supervisory practice within a nursing service organization preferred
- Ability to use computerized systems
- Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Confident working under pressure
- Bilingual preferred but not required
