Job Summary
Deliver remote measurement-informed care using evidence-based models, monitor participant progress, and document session notes while coordinating care recommendations. Respond to high-risk encounters following company protocols and assist participants with resource access, consent, and authorization forms. Participate in regular meetings with supervisors, training sessions, and Town Halls while maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality and completing annual training. Maintain a consistent minimum of 15 hours per week working remotely within the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Current, active and unrestricted independent license in the state of Nebraska
- Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP)
- Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP)
- Ability to maintain a consistent minimum of 15 hours a week
- Must be able to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S.
