Job Summary
Deliver remote measurement-informed care using evidence-based treatment models while monitoring participant progress and documenting session notes. Provide follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations, and assist clients with accessing resources and obtaining necessary consents. Identify and respond to high-risk encounters following company safety protocols, and participate in regular supervisor meetings, training sessions, and Town Halls. Maintain strict HIPAA confidentiality and complete annual compliance training. Maintain a consistent schedule of 10 to 19 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Current, active and unrestricted license in the state of Nebraska
- Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP)
- Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP)
- Ability to maintain a consistent minimum of 10 hours a week, and a maximum of 19 hours a week
- Must adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
