Per Diem Ultrasound Technologist - Brooklyn

Conduct ultrasonic diagnostic procedures and complete assigned scans in a timely manner for patients. Operate sonographic equipment as directed, maintain equipment for optimum usage, and disinfect vaginal probes while maintaining logs. Perform and communicate results of examinations, observe and report significant physical or safety status changes to nursing staff and physicians, and make hard copy images as directed. Position and transfer patients comfortably and safely, explain procedures to ensure cooperation, and maintain records of examination data. Maintain a high standard of medical ethics and implement care in a knowledgeable, skillful, and consistent manner.
