Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing cognitive, language, and swallowing deficits through speech, language, and swallowing therapy services. Document resident progress and treatment outcomes while participating in care conferences and team meetings. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure goals align with resident needs.
