Job Summary
Join Summit Home Care as a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN), where you will execute medication administration and treatments as per the care plan, monitor patients closely while providing detailed condition reports, and maintain precise documentation in alignment with provided orders. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $75 to $100 per hour, and the opportunity to work with diverse cases across various locations. Applicants must possess a valid NYS Nursing License and meet specific documentation and health assurance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NYS Nursing License
- Government ID
- Social Security Card
- Work Authorization
- 2 reference letters
- Recent physical examination results
- TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
- Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work
Desired Qualifications
- Ongoing education and respiratory training
- Experience with adult and pediatric cases
