Job Summary
Per Diem RN for Ortho/Neuro/Med-Tele at MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA. Join a hospital-based team and provide nursing care using the nursing process within an acute care setting. Responsibilities include organizing patient care, prioritizing and delegating tasks, collaborating with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience, and fostering a learning environment for patients, families, and staff. Requires BSN (or equivalent within five years), WA RN license, BLS, and facility-required certifications (ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP). Preferred advanced nursing degree (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP) and one year of acute care experience. This is a PRN, night-shift role with a per diem FTE equivalent and reflects the pay scale range of $43.85–$80.58 per hour depending on experience and certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years from date of hire
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS endorsement
- Current BLS Certification
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required by facility/department
- One year of experience in acute care setting preferred
