Per Diem Rehab Aide

The Physical Therapy Assistant performs components of physical therapy procedures under a supervising therapist to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, instructing patients and families, coordinating with the supervising therapist for changes, documenting progress, ensuring proper equipment and supplies, completing daily charges, meeting productivity goals, and participating in ongoing education. The role supports age-appropriate care across patient populations and adheres to regulatory standards ( Joint Commission, CDPH, CMS, etc.).
