Job Summary
Per Diem Registered Nurse in Surgical Services Med Mall (OR/PACU) at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Requires NY RN license, BSN preferred, 2 years PACU/PREOP experience with OR experience preferred, BLS and ACLS required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to read/write/speak English, and computer proficiency. Will work in a high-demand perioperative environment providing direct nursing care, collaborating with surgical staff, and ensuring patient safety and effective postoperative recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as Registered Nurse in the State of New York
- BSN or related field preferred
- Two years of related previous experience in PACU/PREOP required
- BLS and ACLS required
- English language proficiency
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Computer skills
